Customer Account and Referral Programs

These are the rules and descriptions to the Customer Account and Referral Programs. Please check back from time-to-time as they will be updated as the programs progress.

1) Referral Program

Description: Pick up referral cards from Unique Motif and pass them around to your friends. Your friends will receive 10% OFF their purchases – that’s 10% OFF even on top of sales prices and coupons! You receive 10% of their purchase in store credits.

Rules:

  1. On the back of the card, print your name on the Sponsor line and the referral’s name on the New Customer line.
  2. Maximum use of this referral program by any New Customer is twice.
  3. Maximum use for any referral card is once.
  4. The New Customer receives 10% off when redeeming the referral card. This 10% is on top of any other sales or discounts available and it is one of the only and/or few times that discounts can be stacked. Nonetheless, there is still a maximum $50 per item discount, with or without this 10% referral card.
  5. You earn credit for 10% of the amount (not including discounts, taxes, etc) of the sale when the New Customer redeems the card.
  6. You will receive all credits earned in the form of a gift card (store credit) approximately every quarter (three months).
  7. We highly recommend you register your email (newsletter) so we will have no problems contacting you.
  8. Credits earned can only be redeemed in store merchandise and have no cash value.

2) Customer Account

Description: Register a customer account at Unique Motif (sorry – this is not a charge account). Every purchase you make from Unique Motif using this account, you will receive store credits.

Rules:

  1. You must open a customer account (not a charge account).
  2. When purchasing, you must request to apply the transaction to your customer account to qualify.
  3. Items purchased for sale at greater than 20% off do not qualify. (Sales up to 20% off do qualify).
  4. Qualifying purchases earn 5% store credit. Qualifying purchases over $250.00 per quarter earn 10% store credit.
  5. Credit earned is based upon the net sales price and does not include discounts, taxes, etc.
  6. You will receive all credits earned in the form of a gift card (store credit) approximately every quarter (three months).
  7. Credits earned can only be redeemed in store merchandise and have no cash value.

These rules may be amended as deemed necessary by Unique Motif for purposes of clarification or if determined necessary to prevent abuse.
