King Cone Ear Cones are made with all natural materials. These materials consist of 100% natural cotton strips and beeswax, which contain the essential oils. Our cones are 12 inches in length with a 1 inch diameter at the top of the cone, with a one degree taper. Our tip is then a funnel like taper to just under a 1/4th of an inch.

For your comfort, the tip of the ear cone is double dipped in bee's wax. This provides a soft gentle feeling when held to your ear canal, providing a better fit and seal for the vacuum process. Our cones are also a slower burning cone giving you more time to do it right. The extraction rate of one King Cone ear cone is equivalent to 4 to 9 of our competitors cones/candles and our cones draw 50% to 80% more debris than any other cone on the market.

Side effects may occur when a person is taking, or ingesting medication. Ear candles by themselves do not cause side effects or health disorders. Ear candles are used to help draw out debris.

Some people may feel an irritable itching sensation, similar to the touch of sandpaper. This may occur when the debris has dried up, which may have created the blocked pore in the first place. This sensation occurs when the flame of the candle draws from deep within the pore. However, most first time users of ear candles generally do not have these complexities. With some, it may occur in the third or fourth session. Each individual is different, such side effects depend upon an individual's health condition.

During the process of ear candling, some individuals have experienced the feeling of being congested or a feeling of sensitivity, soreness, and/or their ears may ache. This side effect seems to be due to many years of ear wax build up, which in turn, may lead to sinus congestion. A migraine headache may develop from these various pressures. Sometimes, clients may have the feeling of vertigo, or dizziness. This may be caused by nerve ending pressure, which may create an imbalance within the equilibrium.

By reducing pressure from the nerve, you are allowing the nerve to relax. This release of pressure may have a domino effect, assisting the body to relax. During an ear candling procedure, many clients will have a strong desire to fall asleep. This is just part of the healing process.

Some clients may feel "sick" after a ear candling session. This may occur due to stored toxins being released. In this situation, some may come down with a cold because the ear candling treatment may have awakened a virus laying dormant for years. Recent clinical studies have shown people with viral ear infection go undetected for twenty years, or longer.

Some other side effects that may be attributed to ear candling are: runny nose, the feeling of ears being clogged, irritation in the ear, upset stomach, ear aches, desire to expel urine or have a bowel movement during, or after, an ear candling procedure. These symptoms may relate to toxins that are released from within the body. The majority of people that experience these side effects are those with very stressful jobs, and/or an improper diet, all which may contribute to stress.

We have found the majority of clients feel better after experiencing ear candling treatments. Some people notice a difference about themselves after a few short days. Most people feel immediate relief and change in their bodies, with no side effects.
