If your product is damaged (other than shipping damage) or is otherwise unusable, please contact us at: info@uniquemotif.com - email only.

We will follow-up and then issue you an RMA number. Depending upon the circumstance, you may be liable for return shipping charges.

Please do not ship anything to us without an RMA number. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization.
